Terms of Service & Enrollment Agreement

1. Enrollment

Your enrollment begins on the date your payment is successfully processed. Course access is granted to the individual student named at enrollment and is personal to you. Login credentials may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

2. Course Completion Period

Students have one (1) year from the date of enrollment to complete the course. Course access, including lessons, materials, and assessments, ends at the close of the one-year period. Any coursework not completed within that time will not be eligible for certification.

Extensions beyond the one-year period are not guaranteed and are granted, if at all, at ISCDT's sole discretion.

3. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund only if both of the following are true:

• Your request is received within seven (7) days of your enrollment date; and
• You have completed fewer than two (2) modules of the course.

Once seven (7) days have passed since enrollment, or once two (2) modules have been completed, whichever occurs first, the course is non-refundable. Completion is determined by the progress records in our learning management system.

To request a refund, contact us using the information at the bottom of this page. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor; ISCDT does not store your full card details. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase that is not eligible for a refund under these Terms, ISCDT may provide records of your enrollment, acceptance of these Terms, and course activity to the payment processor, and may suspend course access while the dispute is pending.

5. Certification

Certification is awarded only upon successful completion of all required coursework and assessments within the course completion period. Enrollment does not guarantee certification. ISCDT certification is a credential issued by ISCDT and is not a government license.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, text, quizzes, graphics, and downloadable materials, is owned by ISCDT or its licensors and is provided for your personal educational use only. You may not copy, record, distribute, publish, or sell any course content without our prior written permission.

7. Student Conduct

You agree to use the course and any related communities or communications respectfully and lawfully. ISCDT may suspend or terminate access, without refund, for sharing account access, redistributing course content, academic dishonesty, or abusive conduct toward staff or other students.

8. Safety & No Guarantee of Results

Working with dogs carries inherent risks, including the risk of bites and injury. You are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment and safety precautions when applying any techniques learned in the course. ISCDT does not guarantee any particular training outcome, employment, client volume, or income as a result of completing the course.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISCDT's total liability arising out of or relating to your enrollment shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course. ISCDT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to the Course or These Terms

We may update course content to keep it current. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your enrollment.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
